Catchafire Chicago
Launch of Catchafire Chicago– a platform that helps nonprofits connect with experienced pro bono professionals in project areas like marketing and communications, web development, operations, strategy and more. My role and responsibilities included: contract execution, event coordination, and acting as liaison between Catchafire and the two supporting foundations–The Chicago Community Trust and MacArthur Foundation. The Soul Of Philanthropy Exhibit
The premiere exhibition of The Soul of Philanthropy Exhibit in Chicago was funded by African American Legacy, an initiative of The Chicago Community Trust. My role included finalizing contract between vendor and coordinating the layout and set-up of the exhibit at The Harold Washington Library.
Reaching Forward & Giving Back Philanthropy Awards
Reaching Forward & Giving Back Awards celebrates Next Generation Philanthropist: Eva Lewis; Emerging Philanthropist: Jonathan Swain; Pioneers in Philanthropy: Denise and Gary Gardner. Roles and Responsibilities included developing nomination process, oversight for digital design, event set up, vendor management, and trophy design.
