This year will be remembered as “2020”.
I remember earlier in the year the popularity of 2020, from the appeal of New Years Eve fun glasses to every event branded with some component of incorporating ‘2020 vision’. Instead, we got the opposite. It completely blurred our foresight of opportunity, growth and change and left in its place a panoramic view of uncertainty, confusion, sadness, anger, and quite frankly, hopelessness. I’ve certainly had my highs and lows, as we all have had, but I move forward with faith. That’s the thing about faith, it’s not about what you see or rather don’t see, it’s about what you know—He’s with you and you won’t fail; instead, you’ll fall right into the place you were meant to be, but you have to keep the faith. This poem is for you, for me, for anyone that needs it.
P.s. stick around, and I’ll show you the tricks I used to produce this. Green screen? No. Full studio? No. I have a living room and a backdrop that was not wide enough, but an editing software that makes me create wonders.
